ABOUT US
My name is Wendy, and I have been involved in some aspect of the Real Estate industry for almost 20 years. I began my career in Southwest Florida as an administrator for Coldwell Banker before becoming a licensed assistant to a husband and wife team, and ultimately working with Buyer’s and Seller’s both. In 2007 I joined The Grant Group of Coldwell Banker and worked on location in Bonita Springs until 2015. During this period I also worked with a luxury developer, where I learned the home building process from concept to CO and everything in between. I also have experience in NC & SC where I assisted a small Coldwell Banker team both remotely, and onsite, who operated in both states. In 2016 I began working remotely with The Grant Group (a FL team) as a Virtual Transaction Coordinator, handling the due diligence of new listings and sales from negotiation to closing.
A pioneer in the Virtual Real Estate Assistance Industry, I'm currently licensed in FL and NY, and am actively pursuing licensure in all of the reciprocating states. I have "Boots on the Ground" in FL, NY, CA, NC & SC already with more being added. I also have a network of vendors and affiliates through relationships I've cultivated over the years, providing a full range of services from home watch to a variety of repairs and home services. My name is Jenna and I have been a licensed real estate agent in Florida since 2016. Although I have experience in numerous roles in the real estate industry, I quickly discovered that coordinating transactions is where my passion truly lies. I have Wendy to thank for that, as I worked alongside her when I first started my role as a “Jill of all trades” with The Grant Group and that is when the fire started. I bring my experience from their office, and I am very blessed for the opportunity to come full circle to work for & with Wendy, as well as the rest of the team at V-RES.
I moved to sunny Florida from a small town in Upstate New York in 2007 and was a stay-at-home Mother to my two amazing children Nadia & John for 10 years. I am so happy that I’ve discovered something that gives me just as much pleasure as being a mom. That to me is a true work/life balance!
Again, the passion that I have for real estate and for serving your business translates through my work. I am dedicated to success, and I have a tremendous drive that won’t go unnoticed. I couldn’t be any more excited to be a part of such a positive and fast-forward company!

George comes to VRES with over 30 years experience as a business owner in the fields of real estate, financial services, public relations and the health and wellness industry. George’s years of management and financial experience allow him to offer business direction and administrative support while assisting in many aspects of the day-to-day business operations.
George and his wife, Leslie, have been married for over 38 years. They have lived in Naples since 1996, raised three daughters here, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!
George is excited to be a part of the VRES team, as they enjoy tremendous growth and position themselves to be a leader in transaction management.
